RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED:

While, we offer the highest degree of detail and dedication to our procedures, we unfortunately have no control over other factors that affect the healing process. For example, the care of your brow and how your skin heals and retains pigment will greatly contribute to the final results. Therefore, Alphonse Beauty offers no guarantee for healed results.

Please be aware, additional touch-ups may be required to achieve optimal outcomes. For brows, the use of cosmetic products may still be required to achieve your desired look. Please understand that there is a fee for each service provided. A fee is charged if a touch up is desired, it is not included in the initial charge.

We cannot guarantee results for corrective or cover-up work. If previous work is too dark, discolored or misshaped, tattoo removal is highly recommended before booking an appointment with us to achieve best results. Corrective/cover-up work generally requires multiple sessions and additional touch-ups will be charged accordingly.

Understand that the results or permanent cosmetics cannot be guaranteed. As such, whether or not you are satisfied with the outcome, there will be NO REFUNDS.

BOOKING DEPOSIT

Due to high appointment demand, all appointments require a non-refundable booking deposit. Deposits can be transferable to reschedule appointments. Booking deposits will be deducted from the final cost.

CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY

As a small business, part of our success depends on a mutual respect of time. We require at least 24 hours of notice to reschedule an appointment.

If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation of your appointment. You may also be required to re-book and pay a new deposit if you wish to continue with your procedure after arriving late or providing a short notice cancellation.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Remembering and respecting the appointment time is your responsibility. Clients who no call no show will be charged IN FULL. Multiple appointment reminders are sent via text and email 72, 48, and 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment asking to confirm or cancel. There is no excuse for not contacting the studio if you are unable to make your appointment.

PROCEDURE REFUSAL

We may refuse to perform procedures on clients that we deem unfit for undergoing the tattooing process for safety reasons. This includes all clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. We reserve the right to cancel and refuse procedure to potential clients that we deem unfit for our services. Pricing 

Our prices are subject to change at any time. Please note that our online rates are estimates; final pricing will be discussed during your appointment based on desired results. Please understand that any deal, coupon, or promotion is based on value not cost, therefore has no cash value other than the actual amount paid, and this value can only be applied to the service intended. However, the amount paid can be applied to any service of equal or greater cash value.
